Tzec Maun Observatory
The Tzec Maun foundation has two “telescope farms”: one in Cloudcroft, New Mexico and one in Moorook, South Australia. The telescopes are attached to charged-couple device (CCD) cameras, digitally connected to the Internet, allowing students and researchers around the world access.
Using open source software on desktop computers, users can enjoy quality images from professional-grade instruments, viewing from some of the best dark sky sites in the Northern Hemisphere.
